Discover the art of traditional pastry making with an authentic experience in our hills. During this half-day course, held in an artisan pastry lab, you will be guided by a master pastry chef to the fundamentals of traditional pastry making, sharing professional techniques and some of the secrets of the trade.
You will get hands-on from the very beginning, learning how to prepare classics such as Pan di Spagna (Italian sponge cake) and pasta frolla (Italian sweet shortcrust pastry).
Each participant will make a special pastry creation to take home, with the guidance of the pastry chef.
At the end of the course, you will enjoy a tasting of the treats prepared together, as well as receive a small gift and a minibook of selected recipes to take home, so you can continue experimenting even after your trip.
Also suitable for seniors and people with disabilities
