Traditional fresh pasta-making class
Pisarei and hand-shaped Tortelli
Our small group will meet in the kitchen of a local agriturismo. In a welcoming fresh pasta workshop, guided step by step by expert hands, we will discover the secrets of recipes passed down through generations.
During the class, you will learn to prepare two signature dishes of Piacenza cuisine: Pisarei e fasö, small bread dumplings served with a rich bean sauce, and the renowned tortelli con la coda, elegant hand-braided ravioli filled with a delicate mixture of ricotta and spinach.
We will take up the iconic Emilian rolling pin, a symbol of our grandmothers' kitchens, and work through every stage: from preparing and rolling out the dough to perfectly shaping the tortelli and learning the secrets of achieving the ideal texture for Pisarei. At the end of the experience, you will enjoy the dishes prepared together, accompanied by a glass of local wine.
A perfect experience for anyone who loves good food, Italian culture and the pleasure of sharing authentic moments. You will also receive a traditional locally made gift as a keepsake of the experience.
