Discover how beer is made with a guided tour of a craft brewery, followed by a tasting paired with traditional local products.
The experience begins with a guided tour of the brewery, where you will see every stage of the craft beer production process up close.
Starting with the main ingredients – water, malt, yeast and hops – you will discover the different stages of production that transform them into the finished drink. During the tour, the processes of mashing, fermentation and maturation will be explained in a simple and engaging way. You will also see the equipment used and hear interesting facts about the local brewing tradition.
One of the most fascinating aspects of the visit is the brewery's connection with the surrounding area. A hop field is located just a short distance from the agriturismo and can be visited on request at certain times of the year. Walking among the climbing hop plants and seeing firsthand how hops are grown makes the experience even more complete and authentic.
At the end of the tour comes the most eagerly awaited part: a guided tasting of different craft beers. Guests can sample pale, amber, dark and flavoured beers while learning to recognise their different aromas, colours and flavours. The tasting is accompanied by traditional local products, such as cured meats, cheeses and rustic bread, bringing out the distinctive flavours of the area.
